Refund Policy

This policy explains refund eligibility, cancellation windows, special conditions, and the expected refund processing timeline for bookings at Mimpi Bungalow Bali.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be processed only for cancellations that meet the applicable timing and reservation status requirements.
  • Refund requests must be submitted by the same guest listed on the reservation and through the official communication channels of the property.
  • Third-party service fees, bank charges, and payment gateway administration fees that have already been deducted may be non-refundable based on the provider’s policy.

2. Cancellation Window

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date may qualify for a full refund, less any applicable administrative fees.
  • Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before check-in may be subject to partial refund or may be non-refundable depending on inventory commitment and operational impact.
  • Requests submitted on or after the check-in date, or no-show reservations, are generally not eligible for refund.

3. Special Conditions

  • Force majeure events, including natural disasters, major travel disruptions, or other emergencies, may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • If the property is unable to provide the booked room due to internal operational issues, the guest may be offered a reschedule, credit, or refund.
  • Supporting documents may be requested to evaluate refund eligibility under exceptional circumstances.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or through another mutually agreed method.
  • The estimated refund processing time is 7 to 14 business days after the request has been fully reviewed and approved.
  • The time it takes for funds to appear in the guest’s account may vary based on the policies of the guest’s bank, card issuer, e-wallet provider, or payment gateway.

5. Refund Request Contact

  • To request a cancellation or refund, guests must contact the reservation team of Mimpi Bungalow Bali and provide the guest name, booking code, and reason for the request.
  • Official communication channels listed on the website will serve as the primary basis for refund verification and documentation.
