These terms govern reservations, payments, cancellations, and guest stays at Mimpi Bungalow Bali.

1. Booking Terms

  • A reservation is considered valid only after the guest submits complete booking details and receives a booking code from Mimpi Bungalow Bali.
  • Room availability is subject to change until payment is completed or the booking is officially confirmed by the property.
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring that their name, stay dates, number of guests, WhatsApp number, and email address are accurate before proceeding to payment.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM WITA and check-out time is 12:00 PM WITA.
  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Guests must present a valid identification document at check-in for reservation verification purposes.

3. Payment and Confirmation

  • Payments are processed through the official payment gateway integrated with the Mimpi Bungalow Bali website.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is successfully completed or after an official confirmation has been issued by the property.
  • Administrative fees, payment channel charges, and third-party service fees may apply depending on the payment method selected by the guest.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through the official contact channels of Mimpi Bungalow Bali and must include the booking code.
  • Refund approval and refund amount are subject to the active Refund Policy published on this website.
  • No-show reservations or guests who fail to arrive without prior notice may be treated as forfeited and may not qualify for a refund.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for maintaining the property and its facilities and for following all house rules during their stay.
  • Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may be charged to the guest based on the value of the loss or repair required.
  • Mimpi Bungalow Bali reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if a guest engages in unlawful, dangerous, or disruptive behavior.
